Who we are:
29 bedroom family-owned Hotel located in the Neath area of the Swansea City Region, boasting high quality accommodation & superb meeting & confrence facilities. We also have a traditional oak panelled lounge bar, a contemporary restaurant & are famous for our weddings, cabaret nights & our delightful afternoon teas.
The Castle is a unique, historic landmark & has been providing 'Fine Ale & Fayre' since the 16th century. The Castle has many claims to fame, one of them being we are the Birthplace of the Welsh Rugby Union & also we were a regular haunt for the likes of Richard Burton, Elizabeth Taylor & Lord Nelson.
We are positioned perfectly to explore many Welsh wonders including Afan Forest Park, The Gower Peninsula, The Black Mountains & Swansea City to name just a few. We have fully embraced our location & have recently launched an initiative called 'RunTheValleys' specialising in running retreats.
To keep up to date with all the goings on at the Castle check out our blog page & latest social media campaigns via Facebook. If it's our top cabaret nights you're looking for - see our events page.
